Macrotech IPO is Going Live Today
Macrotech (Lodha) Developers IPO is opening up
for subscription today.
The price band is Rs 483 to 486 per share and one market lot
consists of 30 shares.
The company is aiming to raise Rs 2,500 crores from the IPO.
Ahead of the IPO, Lodha has riased around Rs 741 crores from
21 anchor investors.
Barbeque Nation Lists Today
The shares of Barbeque Nation are listing on the
exchanges today.
The issue price is Rs 500 per share.
The Barbeque Nation IPO was subscribed 5.98 times.
The retail portion was subscribed 13.13 times.
Banking Sector
The Reserve Bank of India is holding its first Monetary
Policy Committee for the financial year 2021-22.
The market experts are expecting the RBI to maintain the
rates and its accommodative stance.
The repo rate has remained at 4% since the August 2020 MPC
meeting.
Axis Bank
The bank has become a promoter of Max life Insurance
after completing the acquisition of a 12.9% stake in the company.
Jindal Steel and Power
JSPL has ended the financial year with sales hitting a
new record of 7.86 lakh tonnes in March 2021, up 61% YoY.
Yes Bank
Yes Bank‘s loans and advances came at Rs 1.72 lakh crore as
of 31 March 2021, up 0.8% from the same quarter last year.
This is a 1.8% growth from the third quarter.
Panacea Biotech
Panacea Biotec and Russian Direct Investment Fund have
agreed to produce 100 million doses per year of Sputnik V.
IT Companies
Larger information technology (IT) companies such as Tata
Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys, HCL Technologies and Wipro may
record 1.3-3.2% organic growth in revenue in constant currency in the fourth
quarter from the October to December quarter.
HDFC
HDFC acquired 3.88 lakh shares of Kerala Infrastructure
Fund Management Ltd, which is 9.9% of the share capital.
Sobha
Sobha ‘s new sales in Q4FY21 increased to 13.37 lakh square
feet compared to 9.05 lakh square feet in the corresponding period but the
full-year sale fell to 40.13 lakh square feet from 40.71 lakh square feet in
FY20.
Bharti Airtel, Reliance Industries
Bharti Airtel has signed a “definitive” trading deal to
sell its 800 MHz spectrum to Reliance Jio in three circles: in Andhra
Pradesh, Delhi and Mumbai.
Airtel will receive Rs 1,037.6 crores.
Jio will also take over the future liabilities of Rs 459
crores.
This is the first ever deal between the two rivals.
Tata Steel
Tata Steel India achieved its highest-ever quarterly
crude steel production of 4.75 million tonnes.
This is a 3% growth from the October to December quarter.
Production for the full financial year 2021 was down 7% from
the previous year.
Steel production at Tata Steel Europe rose to 2.65 million
tonnes.
Steel sales volume rose by 18% QoQ and 4% YoY.
